Welcome to Catboo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of catboo.shop (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if this occurs.
  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
  • Taxes and duties: Prices may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline.
  • We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported gateways). Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.
  • Order confirmation emails indicate that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted or shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • As a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers, which may be located internationally (including but not limited to countries such as China, the US, and others).
  • Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination and are typically between 7–30 business days, though delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or supplier processing times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available at [catboo.shop/policies/refund-policy], which forms part of these Terms. We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at catboo.shop26@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped by our supplier, it generally cannot be cancelled, though you may initiate a return upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the Catboo name and branding — is the property of Catboo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any part of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality (including introducing viruses, malware, or engaging in activities like scraping)
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fraudulent payment information)
  • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this section, including removing content and/or terminating access to the Site.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant Catboo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with our business and marketing. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, including content we deem inappropriate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, suppliers, or services that are not owned or controlled by Catboo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
